What's included in your charters?
Each charter includes complimentary water and ice plus any amenities onboard each yacht individually. All our yachts will have all the necessary essentials like cups, cutlery, towels, and sunscreen.
How many people can I have?
We have a few options for various group sizes, first are our leisure yachts, which max out at groups of 8, 10, and 13 max. If you're looking for the typical luxury yacht charter experience, this would be your choice. This is a USCG (United States Coast Guard) law that applies to all leisure yacht vessels. If you have a group of 14 or more, your options are more limited, 50 people max on our Skipperliner 100' and up to 600 guests aboard our Nichols 222'.
Do you offer toy rentals?

Is crew gratuity included?
Our crew goes the extra mile, that’s why we include gratuity in our price at checkout so you get a no surprises price upfront.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, feel free to bring your favorite playlist and device. You'll be able to listen to music via AUX or Bluetooth.
Can we bring food and drinks?
You're more than welcome to bring food and drinks, we recommend ready-made foods so you're enjoying uninterrupted time on the water. We also offer catering, chef service, and accomidate dockside restaurant add-ons. Please omit red wine or any glass products, large liquor bottles are allowed.
Do you accept cash?
We're completely digital, with the exception of wire, ACH, and RTP for charters over $10,000. The booking process takes place on our website. If you'd like to tip your crew in addition to the included gratuity, cash is appropriate.
What's the process to book?
To secure your yacht charter, 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to reserve, the remaining is balance due 7 days prior to departure.
Do you offer multi-day charters?
We have a number of select vessels that offer 3, 5, and 7-day term charters. If chartering out of the country, please double-check that everyone in the group has a valid passport. 30% APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) collected for expenses such as fuel, docking, meals, and beverages. Remaining funds can be refunded or used for crew gratuity.
Can you pick us up?
Standard procedure is to take off and return to the same port (marina/dock) due to BTR (business tax receipt) laws. On occasion, for an extra fee, we may be able to pick up customers from their homes or a nearby dock with a landing fee if applicable. Please inquire with a yacht charter specialist to see if a pickup is an option for your charter.
What is your cancelation policy?
Due to the nature of yacht charters, they are non-refundable, but we offer a one-time reschedule. Our "rain check" policy for rescheduling due to schedule conflicts or inclement weather. Rain check charters are redeemable for a period of up to one year from the contracted charter date and are conditional on availability and exclude major and local holidays.
What happens if it rains?
Because Miami is tropical, it may rain here and there but will be sunny for the majority of the day, so don't worry! However, if you must reschedule your charter due to weather, you may reschedule. What's required for jetski rentals?
Operating a PWC (personal watercraft) in Florida waters requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 to have a valid license. You can apply for a free license online https://www.boatus.org/florida/.
Can we cook and grill on the BBQ?
For insurance reasons, cooking and grilling is not permitted by customers, however, microwaving is allowed. Only authorized VOYAGER crew or culinary is authorized to cook onboard.
What happens if I'm running late?
We will not extend your charter over the contracted end time if you come late; the charter officially begins at the contracted start time. We recommend arriving no more than 15 minutes early. If the vessel is available to extend your charter and you choose to extend, a price adjustment can be made.
Can we bring our kids?
Kids are welcome, however, children must be supervised by an adult from the charter party at all times. While a vessel is underway, children under the age of 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket. Please inquire with a yacht charter specialist to supply ages so we can accommodate with proper life vests.
Can I bring my pet?
As much as we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted onboard any VOYAGER vessel for insurance and damage reasons.
Can I smoke on your yachts?
Smoking is not permitted aboard VOYAGER vessels, however vape products that do not produce open flame may be allowed at the crew's discretion, please ask your captain before you smoke. Illegal substances are prohibited, and failure to comply will result in termination without a refund.
